Dear Mrs John
I'm writing to request a leave without pay.
I heard my mother in my country is sick and no one is with her so I will travel to her on 25th of October 2016 and I will come back on 30th of November 2016. I request to leave without pay. I know it is despite the circumstances to find interim.
